The 207th Topical Symposium of the Magnetic Society of Japan / The 35th Special Meetings on the Application of High Magnetic Fields The 59th Special Meetings on the Magnetic Engineering

Magnetic field effects on solution system, and their application. Fluid system using magnetic field, magnetic separation of weak magnetics

With new manufacturing technologies for superconducting magnets, it has become possible to produce high magnetic field of 10 Tesla or more for applications in chemistry and physics. New magnetic phenomena: magnetic alignment of weak magnetic bodies, onset of chirality of inorganic materials, useful for processing functional material with improved quality, have been discovered. This symposium will serve as a useful reference for specialists and non-specialists interested in this exciting new area of magneto-science. In particular, the 207th topological symposium will be focused on the recent topic of the magnetic field effects on solution system, such as are micro fluid device using magnetic field, cell magnetic separation, and magnetic separation of inorganic materials.
