The 188th Topical Symposium of the Magnetic Society of Japan

Front Line of Applying High-Frequency Electromagnetic Fields

Much attention has been paid for high-frequency electromagnetic fields from both viewpoints between seeds and needs such as discovery of new techniques in spintronics, non-contact electrical energy transfer with resonance, demands of rapid response in information technological apparatuses and so on. The technologies in these high-frequency electromagnetic fields, whose frequency band is from order of kHz to GHz, are kept to build from discovery of Faraday’s electromagnetic induction to today. The frequency bandwidth is widening to higher frequency, so new techniques in high magnetic fields have been investigated. In this symposium, we are inviting speakers investigating on the forefront of applying high frequent electromagnetic wave. We hope to generate exciting and simulating discussion among those interested in this field.
