The 213th Topical Symposium of the Magnetic Society of Japan/ The 6th Technical Meeting on Energy Magnetics

Recent Progress of Next Generation High Efficiency Motors

As energy and resource issues become more serious, there is a strong demand for more efficient and smaller motors. In particular, with the advance of power electronics technology, the properties expected for magnetic materials have also changed. In this symposium, we invite five lecturers who are engaged in energy-related materials and high efficiency motors. This symposium will be held jointly with in the Technical Meeting on Energy Magnetics of the Magnetic Society of Japan and the Linear Drives Technical Committee of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan. We welcome the participation of all of you.
